The light color carpet in my home is totally renewed. Some pet stains were corrected and I feel the home is actually germ free! I don’t dread any carpet cleaning commotion anymore.

Note: After cleaning, hot, red candle wax was spilled everywhere on the carpet. Our C4 specialist returned and was able to remove the wax and all discoloration on the light carpet.

The City was originally going to have both the carpet and tile replaced as they were very stained and dirty. We didn’t realize how stained the grout was, until we saw it cleaned.
