    1. Thoroughly examine the carpet for stains, heavily soiled traffic patterns and damage.

    2. Review the results and cleaning process with the customer.

    3. Pre vacuum carpet.

    4. Pre treat all stained and heavily soiled areas.

    5. Evenly distribute our dry extraction compound.

    6. Thoroughly brush the cleaning compound through the carpet in multiple directions with our counter-rotating cylindrical brush carpet machines.

    7. Vacuum the cleaning compound from the carpet.

    8. Thoroughly re-examine all stains and heavily soiled areas to ensure best results have been achieved.

    9. Apply deodorizer & protector as requested.

    10. Professionally groom carpets.

    1. Examine the tile and grout.

    2. Test to determine if the tile is water soluble or acid sensitive.

    3. Pre vacuum.

    4. Apply our premier alkaline cleaning solution.

    5. Pre scrub the grout lines to suspend the contaminates.

    6. Use our powerful high pressure extraction system.

    7. Perform acid wash if required.

    8. Evacuate all residual rinse water from floor.

    9. Dry floor with axial fans.

    10. Apply grout sealer if requested

    C4 Carpet Care offers 3 different grout sealers to protect your floor from contaminates and staining. We highly recommend sealing the grout after cleaning. Your floor is just too valuable to risk.

    1. Aqua Seal is a water based clear sealer. Penetrating formula is reapplied after every cleaning.

    2. Solvent Seal is a solvent based penetrating sealer has a 15 year life expectancy. “Our Favorite”

    3. Color Seal is a pigmented acrylic sealer that offers 2000+ color choices. Has a 15 year life expectancy. Changes the surface of the grout from a grainy porous surface to a beautiful smooth & easy to clean surface.

  • Carpet:

    Carpet manufacturers apply stain protectors at the factory to keep you floors cleaner longer. Regular use and vacuuming can wear away at the stain protection. C4 Carpet Care strongly recommends applying our premium protector. Protected carpet stays cleaner longer, it also gives you extra time to clean up spills so they don’t turn into stains.

    Tile/Laminate:

  • If you have an unwanted odor in you carpet we can help with that too. After the cleaning process has been performed we can use one of our Green Seal Certified products to remove the unwanted odor, and leave the carpet smelling fresh and inviting.
