They did a great job! I clean my carpets every 6mths or so and when Carlisle came to clean them they were the dirtiest they had ever been. He was upfront and told me he would do the best he could. He explained the process and talked to me during the carpet treatment and to my surprise it came out looking GREAT!!! The furniture was put back in place within an hour! I didn’t have to leave fans blowing on the carpet for 2 days to dry and keep the furniture on pads. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have their carpets cleaned. THE odor is GONE! I did NOT have to take up the carpet and REMOVE the padding, replace it and have the carpet re-stretched like one company said!

I was very impressed with the level of service I received from C4! My first call was answered quickly, and the appointment was scheduled right away. Carlisle Cox came to our place of business and took the items to be cleaned off site and returned them the following day. Mr Cox was professional and informative, and gave me options for whether to clean the items here or off site. The result of the cleaning were better than expected, like night and day. Do not hesitate to have C4 Carpet Care clean your carpets. I have used several cleaning methods prior to C4 for my homes. The light color carpet in my home is totally renewed. Some pet stains were corrected and I feel the home is actually germ free! I don’t dread any carpet cleaning commotion anymore.
